NephrocareMD operates two locations in Dearborn, Michigan — including a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic at our North Commerce Street location. We specialize in the full spectrum of adult kidney care: from identifying early-stage chronic kidney disease to managing complex dialysis regimens and supporting patients through transplant.
Our team includes nephrologists, certified dialysis nurses, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and social workers — all working together around each patient. We believe that the best outcomes come from coordinated, team-based care that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
We serve a diverse community and offer care in English, Spanish, and Arabic. Our Home Comfort Dialysis program gives patients the freedom to receive treatment at home with full remote monitoring and personal support — because comfort and safety should never be in conflict.
